We are all still enjoying summer vacations and lazy pool days, but the first day of school is coming quickly! Of course with school comes the start of sports and all the essentials required by our local school systems. We understand it is difficult to make sure you have everything ready, so we want to make your back to school checklist as easy as possible...or at least the medical parts! During the month of July we will be offering "Back to School Walk-In Clinic" hours! These will be located in our downstairs walk-in clinic area, and will be first-come, first-serve. We will have limited appointment slots, so use the Patient Portal to self-schedule your time! During these hours you can have your back to school well-child with vaccines, a sports physical, or asthma recheck. We will have forms available for both Georgia and Alabama. We will post the hours the evening before on social media, so watch our Facebook page! If you miss our posted hours, don't worry. We will always do our best to schedule an appointment upstairs with another provider or let you know when the next Back to School Clinic should be!
